1. Quotations & Orders

• All quotations are valid for a limited period and subject to confirmation.
• Orders are processed upon receipt of advance payment.

2. Payment Terms

• 50% advance is required to initiate the project.
• The balance is payable before Dispatch from Factory.
• Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest plus Rs 500 per day storage charges.

3. Delivery & Installation

• Delivery and installation schedules are estimated and subject to availability.
• Site accessibility and readiness are the customer’s responsibility.
• Any delays due to external factors (e.g., site conditions, holidays) are not Smart Fab’s liability.

4. Warranty & Liability

• Products are covered as per brand warranty given against manufacturing or installation defects.
• Warranty is void in cases of misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
• Liability is limited to the value of the contract.
